Commitment and conflicts of interest forms

The corresponding author should submit the completed author commitment form and conflicts of interest form signed by all authors with each article. The journal will not review articles that have not completed and submitted the authors' commitment form and conflicts of interest form. Authors are committed that the submitted article is not published in any domestic or foreign journal and will not submit the article to another journal until a final decision is received. Also, at the end of the authors' commitment form, there is a checklist for submitting the article (writing guideline) that the corresponding author must confirm all the mentioned items before submitting the article.
